    How long will you stay with us?

    As a freelance consultant, I could spend 3 to 5 days with you to set up your systems, implement processes and train your team, or many months depending on the strategic role. 


    Typically, to come in and access your current methods, look at the workflow that delivers your pipeline and implement processes and told needed to win new business, around 8 to 10 days.

  • What will I get?

    Depending on what needs to be implemented, I'll deliver a range of tools, training and processes to address many various issues which could include :


    - Taking leads to a proposal:

    A structured approach to delivering a winning proposal, from Lead Qualification through to team roles & responsibilities and final content breakdown of the pitch


    - Dealing with contacts and pipeline visibility:

    A functioning cloud-based free* CRM that gets rid of the need for Excel sheet records or legacy systems.  


    - Account management and organic growth: 

    The production of a client services action plan that identifies economic buyers, a roadmap for growth and maps potential future work.

  • How do you charge?

    A simple day rate can be agreed upon together with an estimate for the amount of time needed - detailed in a statement of work. 


    Alternatively, a set fee for a project might be better suited. Let's have a chat and discuss. 

  • Where are you based?

    Although based in London & Surrey, work can be delivered across the UK and internationally. 


    Time can be spent with your teams on a freelance consultancy basis for any agreed duration. 


    Expenses may be incurred.

    We can't help with a typical outbound lead generation approach, but have a network of brilliant partners who can. As part of the process, can be identified and introduced.
